Not only did the owner, his wife and son answer all questions we had but they went over and above on helping us by bringing the trailer 30 min away and helped us load the boat and make sure all was good before they left! Braden with Gladstone was running everything by himself Saturday and helped me out with getting some lugs replaced on our rotor and sold me a tire and wheel. I spoke with Brandon by phone from St Louis back in mid-July about an older Triton fish & ski trailer that had been sitting, forgotten about and neglected for several years in Camdenton. At the end of July, after the mechanic in Greenview finished the boat and motor work, I took it to Gladstone to have the trailer thoroughly gone over. Brandon got right on it and inspected, repaired and replaced all it needed. Since I was down from St Louis for the day, he made it top priority and finished it all in one day. He is extremely knowledgeable, very fair, courteous and honest. I will take it back to Gladstone if ever I need more work and I highly recommend anyone else having a boat trailer that needs attention to take it to Brandon at Gladstone. Thanks!
